N-HANDOVER is the last mile of BIM: classified, COBie-style, and asset-tagged objects passed from the construction CDE into the live twin — the same twin the AR crew and the possession briefing already use. CPWD and metro facilities clauses increasingly ask for a model that survives handover. This is that product, sitting next to Plant Twin and the XR estate.
