Constructible Structural BIM

Steel and reinforced-concrete models that a shop can cut, bend, and erect — not a design sketch.

N-FABISO 16739IS 800 / IS 456 detailing practiceFabricator EIR

Specification

N-FAB takes the structural model to fabrication: connections, rebar, embeds, shop drawings, and CNC-ready data. Used on station roofs, depot shops, flyovers, and industrial halls where the fabricator and the site must share one constructible model. LOD 400 is a deliverable, not a slide.

Capabilities

  • Steel detailing, connections, and numbering
  • Rebar, embeds, and RC shop drawings
  • Fabrication and CNC exports
  • Erection sequences tied to 4D
  • Round-trip with the federated coordination model

Applications

  • Station roofs and concourses
  • Depot structures
  • Flyovers and ROB/RUB
  • Industrial halls
  • Garrison works
